Food.
Everything our body needs to be well comes from living food. We are made of minerals, vital minerals are in abundance in vegetables. Our body needs vitamins, which are prominent in fruit – this is our everyday fuel. We need good quality water – we cannot live without water, it nourishes and sustains us and it also helps our body flush out toxins.
Enzymes, which are required in all bodily functions, are in fresh living food, as is protein and good oils. Nutrients and enzymes are diminished with cooking; therefore it is really important to eat a lot of raw foods like salads, fruits, and nuts. Making juices from fresh vegetables and fruits is extremely nourishing and can give us a real boost because we cannot possibly eat as much fruit and vegetables as we can consume in a drink. When cooking vegetables we should lightly steam them so as not to destroy those vital nutrients. Not only will these foods nourish us, but they play an important role in healing, repairing and growth.
How can we expect to be strong, be free from illness and have lots of energy if we do not eat these foods every day? In fact I would say every meal! Not only do these foods do all of these things but they also have medicinal qualities too. If I am working with someone chronically sick, these are the foods we focus on.
It is also important to realise that the right ‘balance’ of foods we have each day is crucial to good health. I have had consultations with people who understand about the importance of eating living fresh food, but were still unwell. When I looked at their diet there were no processed or inflammatory foods to be seen.

Case Study 1In one instance the gentleman concerned was tired, sometimes feeling dizzy and generally just did not feel good at all. His diet was full of home grown produce free from chemicals; he never shopped in a supermarket.
What he did not realise was that he was not eating much protein, but also not enough food during the day to sustain him in his physical work. |
Case Study 2Another instance is a lady with a very busy lifestyle who was not eating any rubbish at all, but she simply was not eating enough to ‘fuel’ her busy days.
She was chronically fatigued, very thin and could not put weight on. Both cases were successfully treated ensuring the ‘right balance’ of food for their particular lifestyle. |

Client Feedback
I cannot express how generous Jasmine has been with her time and information. Every step of the way she has guided me and not overloaded either my mind or my system, everything has been done so that I have never felt pressured in any way what so ever and I am so thankful to her for the way that I now feel better than any time I have for many years. I can recommend her as a Food Coach to anyone and I would encourage anyone with health problem, or either without current problems, to take heed and with her guidance and Get Healthy. |
