I am hearing of so much more sickness, so many more deaths, people are tired and fatigued, many children are constantly sick , more kids with the ‘branded disease’ of ADHD (which by the way didn’t exist when I was a child), so what’s going on? I’ll talk about this later! People need to look at the causes and stop looking for quick fixes!

A bold statement you may say – but our body has tremendous healing power – IF it is given the right fuel. Our body can cure itself of chronic disease and even cancer but we have come so far away from a natural diet that our immune system cannot cope anymore and then these conditions manifest. A healthy immune system deals with the rogue cells and nothing comes of it, but with a depleted immune system it can’t and the cancer can develop instead of being disposed of, likewise inflammation develops and contributes to various chronic diseases. Endless research and practice in the field of natural diet and treatments is proving time after time, that when patients are given wholesome plant diets containing all the nutrients and supplements the body needs, adverse conditions in the body start to reverse. Look for yourselves at documentary clips on YouTube such as ‘Simply Raw’ and see long term, insulin dependent diabetics reverse their own condition in 30 days. Working in the field of nutrition over the past thirty years or so it is very clear to me that most people do not understand what they are eating (or drinking). Our choices can be either ‘medicine’ to our body which will sustain us, keep us healthy and energetic, or toxic – harmful accumulative ingredients which will eventually contribute to some chronic disease or illness – Or to the more fortunate – migraines, digestive problems, respiratory and skin disorders or general fatigue.
If you consider that perhaps over the past 50 years or so, our food has not only deteriorated in quality because of agricultural and farming practices catering for the masses rather than localities, the food industry has accommodated our need for convenience. Instead of our dining tables displaying local fresh food, home prepared and cooked, for all or most meals, it now displays foods from around the world pre prepared, fresh which is no longer fresh – the result of which is drastically diminished nourishment. |
